Your Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of four professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Operational Efficiency: Monitor and enhance cost control measures while ensuring the efficient use of resources.

• Fleet Maintenance: Oversee the maintenance and repair schedules, ensuring compliance and reliability across our fleet.

• Logistics Support: Work closely with the planning team to improve fleet utilization and deliver seamless operations.

• Supplier Management: Build and maintain relationships with external partners to ensure high service standards and cost efficiency.
